Unequaled Water Conservation. . .
. . . Unsurpassed Performance

THE BENEFITS OF UNSURPASSED PERFORMANCE
• Reduces complaints
• Eliminates or substantially reduces clogs
• Cuts maintenance cost
• Saves staff time and labor time
• Improves sanitary conditions
• Reduces vandalism
• Stops or reduces flooding

stainless ECOCLOSET
The ECOCLOSET 0.8 gallon per flush stainless steel (alternate option powder-coated steel or porcelain on floor mount ) cabinet contains the FLUSHMATE pressure tank, all connections and piping. The ECOCLOSET is 7 1/2”deep x 16” wide x 14” high (top of cabinet is 28” above the floor non-ADA and 33” on ADA models). The ECOCLOSET cabinet mounts securely on the wall above the toilet bowl, hides all new plumbing connections and any wall penetrations from the old pipes. The access door on the cabinet is secured with a heavy duty lock. The access door can easily be removed without tools for any required service. The flush mechanism is a button on top of the ECOCLOSET cabinet that directly activates the plunger on the FLUSHMATE tank (less working parts). If an automatic flush is desired a motion sensor can be mounted on the ECOCLOSET cabinet with all parts and wires secured behind the ECOCLOSET cabinet.

waterless urinal

Eco Urinal
Using water to dispose of water makes no economic sense, particularly in a world facing a very limited supply of readily available fresh water. Our waterless urinals save in three important ways:

Purchase Price: Waterless urinals are less expensive to purchase and install than flush urinals because they have no flushing mechanism. All that is required is a drainage outlet, typically less than an hour to install, and seconds to install the cartridge.

Operating Costs: save 100% of the water going through urinals and 100% of water and sewer charges—both of which will certainly rise in the future.

Maintenance Costs: Dramatic reduction in maintenance, no flush valves or automatic sensors to malfunction, and no constant changing of cartridges. With the Eco Urinal, just a quick cleanup as with traditional urinals. Eliminate costs associated with stuck or broken valves from normal wear and vandalism. Reduce pipe cleaning since lines remain free of calcification as no hard water is running through them. Reduce energy costs associated with transporting water to and from urinals.

Eco Urinal Cartridge Order Forms
The Eco Urinal Cartridge provides a solution to many of the problems associated with urinals that do not use water and have replaceable cartridges. We congratulate you on your efforts to save our Natural Resources, but if you are like most owners of non-water using urinals you are probably frustrated by having to buy and replace cartridges and sealant, as well as dealing with the malfunction problems caused by various cleaners and other cartridge sealant issues.

The Eco Urinal Cartridge is made of a high quality rigid plastic. Simply remove the existing replaceable cartridge, insert the Eco Urinal Cartridge and you are done. The Eco Urinal Cartridge can be removed if needed for maintenance.

The cartridge has a special elastomeric check valve attached to it. The check valve is manufactured from space age, rubber-like synthetic polymer, used for leg urinals for Astronauts. It is treated to roll up when liquid is not passing through it, but flexible enough to open and permit liquid flow, from an intermittent drip to high rate flows. When the check valve is closed or liquid is flowing through the check valve, it successfully resists any emission of sewer gas and any backup of sewage from the waste line.

LOW FLOW SHOWER HEAD
LOW FLOW SHOWER HEAD
Updated Design
In this 1.0 GPM shower head, water exits the shower head with the velocity of a shower head that uses 2 to 3 times the demand of this one. Because of the way the shower head works it can even combat low water pressure situations in high rise buildings. The higher exit velocity also prevents a build up of minerals, and therefore does not require the shower head to be cleaned. Possible water consumption savings will likely exceed over 60% of your current usage with any other showerhead.

LOW FLOW SINK AERATORS
LOW FLOW SINK AERATORS
Updated Design

The same technology has been incorporated into a sink aerator with the same incredible results too. This sink aerator uses only 0.33 GPM and can significantly lower the consumption of faucet water by 75% or more. Saving significant amounts of water of course means less sewer charges and since you will be using less water, you will save on the electricity or gas used to heat what portion of it that was actually hot water. For a larger business this could amount to some great savings too.

LOW FLOW PREWASH SPRAY VALVE
LOW FLOW PREWASH SPRAY VALVE
New Design

This low flow device uses only 0.40 GPM and meets all cleanability requirements. Typical conventional Pre-wash Spray
Valves use 4.0 to 9.0 gallons per minute. Case studies conducted by Water Utility Companies indicate that the Ecotech Pre-wash Spray Valve will save a smaller size commercial kitchen more than $2,000 per year in water, sewer and water heating cost.

Trap
NO WATER TRAP PRIMER
Designed to prevent sewer gas odors from dry traps; but, they use no water to function. They also prevent backup of raw sewage.

The typical conventional Trap Primer uses 12,000 to 15,000 gallons of water per year and reports of valve failure causing flooding or dry traps are frequent. Raw sewage backup can also occur.

Water Reclaimation
RAIN WATER HARVESTING SYSTEMS
Rain Water Harvesting captures rain water that is typically lost from
your facilities.

Capturing rain water allows the rain water to be used in your facility to lower public water consumption for irrigation, toilet flushing, cooling towers and vehicle and equipment washing.

WATER RECYCLE SYSTEMS
WATER RECYCLE SYSTEMS
The system saves the water you are using for LAUNDRY, vehicle and equipment washing instead of sending it down the drain.

Undesirable elements are separated from the water and the wash water and soap chemicals can be reused.

The Eco Urinal Cartridge is not designed for Falcon/Sloan urinals and should not be used in Falcon/Sloan urinals.
